(Diplomatic and Official passport holders)

All forms must be filled out in English/Spanish, typewritten, scanned and saved as PDF file.

Be sure to attach all relevant supporting documents.

3. Document of coherent itinerary

4. Copy of round trip ticket and/or hotel reservation or details of

5. Photocopy of your passport which include the front and the back portions

6. Note Verbale

7. Letter of Invitation

9. Colored passport size picture

Visa for diplomatic and official passport holders is free.

Visa processing takes at least 2 days.
